Improved vault creation for multiple account types and more

It's now safer and easier for you to use the same hardware wallets to set up an additional personal, trust, business, or IRA account.

• Fewer decisions: When uploading a public key from a hardware wallet used with a vault in another account type, we've improved the workflow to reduce accidental mistakes. 
• 2FA updates: We've added more ways to set up your Unchained account 2FA.
• Quality-of-life improvements: As part of the Unchained rebrand, we've gone through and updated copy in the application and have streamlined the wire-transfer workflows with loans.
